UK Delivery

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 Working Days) – £3.50
  • Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class (3-5 Working Days) – £3.99
  • Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (1-3 Working Days) – £4.99
  • Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (Next Day before 1pm) – £7.99

Europe Delivery

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (Usually 3-5 Days) – £10.00

Please Note:

  • Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
  • In some case please allow 1-3 working days for items to be dispatched.
  • Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Saturday delivery is available on orders placed before 12pm on a Friday. Saturday delivery is charged at £14.99 (UK Only)

Undelivered Parcel:

Your parcel will be held at the post office for 18 days and this is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery.

If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, your items will be automatically refunded and an email will be sent advising, you will have to place the order again.

Returns Policy

Damaged/Defective Goods

In the unlikely event that the product is faulty or defective for whatever reason, please click here to download a returns form and email with your name, order number and a detailed explanation of the defect, and where possible, please provide a digital photograph to help us process your query quickly. We will then reply to you as soon as we can and will tell you what to do next. Do not send the product back before contacting us in the first instance.

Incorrect Item

If you have received an incorrect item, please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 7 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned product and confirmation that the item shipped was incorrect, we will refund your postage and either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or we will refund you the cost of the product.
